Job Description
Assists in the delivery of direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and receives written and/or oral assignments and direction. Communicates/collaborates with care team members to provide coordinated, safe and compassionate care for patients. Utilizes information to continuously improve patient care and practice to enhance outcomes. Assist in the delivery of patient care.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience: Six months patient care experience in acute or long-term care facility preferred. Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.
Other Qualifications:
Training: Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) or successful completion of one quarter/semester of clinicals and currently enrolled as an LPN or RN program is required at the time of hire.
License or Certification:
Licensure & Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Hours/Pay Period: 32
Schedule Details: Straight night shift
Weekend Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday
