Functions as a member of the Electronic File Integration Team for the Consolidated Service Center, responsible for processing electronic membership files and data. Maintains superior standards for productivity and service quality. Utilizes workflow routing, data processing, membership systems, and technologies of a complex nature to conduct day to day work. Handles problem resolution which may require follow-up and/or escalation to a higher level of expertise.
Essential Functions:
- Work involves routine problems of limited scope and use of established guidelines, policies, procedures, methods or protocols. Work with Cross-functional teams to troubleshoot the issues and resolve the problems.
- Learns to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve routine problems. Performs validation of data and configuration prior to file processing
- Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Builds stable working relationships internally. Tracks status and completion of file processing and reports errors to customer service representatives.
