Positions Responsibilities:

• Lead/support multiple implementation waves for new billing ERP
• Identify errors/adjustments/exceptions and communicate those adjustmentseffectively to customers and -internal stakeholders
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Position requires an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end billingprocesses and upstream inputs and downstream impacts
• Maintain and enhance billing related processes
• Assist in testing system changes
• Recommend and implement process improvements
• Process billing to customers
• Work does not usually require established procedures
• Works independently
• Mentors others
• Acts as a resource for others
• Coordinates others' activities

Requirements:

• Associate'sDegree or High School/GED with 4+years work experience
• 3+ years business-to-business billing experience with increasingresponsibilities
• 3+years customer service experience
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel
• Demonstratedproblem-solver
• Familiar with SOX (Sarbanes–Oxley)requirements, billing and/or general process controls
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
• Resourceful, self-motivated, flexible
• Experience working as part of a team
• Healthcare experience is a plus
