Exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team! Experience with payroll, leave of absence administration, EDW reporting, ADP payroll system, Replicon and other HR areas is preferred. While the position is posted for Downers Grove, IL, would be willing to consider an individual who could work in Gaithersburg, MD, Waltham, MA or Trumbull, CT.
Provides field HR Managers and corporate staff with relevant HR statistical information and analysis. Processes payroll and is a resource regarding the utilization of the payroll system to area HR Managers and their assistants. Completes special projects based on business needs regarding human resources data and analysis. Works under general supervision.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
