Priority Travel Group, a creator and manager of travel clubs and services for the international traveler, is seeking a Senior Client Account / Relationship Manager for the Priority Pass, Inc. office in Plano, TX.
Looking to enhance our operations in the US, Canada and Latin America, we want to hire the right individual to oversee an assigned set of high profile accounts via a team effort. The Sr. Client Account Manager will focus their efforts and become the Trusted Advisor within their named accounts by ensuring contractual compliance, performing quarterly reviews and yearly planning sessions; while also being recognized as the regional expert within the PTG account team. The candidate will be tasked with penetrating their assigned accounts with approved product offerings and services. The individual will need to work across the PTG organization and those of major referring clients to bring together the proper resources to identify and deliver on key strategic initiatives.

Senior Client Account / Relationship Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage established global and direct accounts
Maintain regional relationships within existing, global accounts and build a long term plan for retention and growth.
Position Priority Travel Group (PTG) as a leading provider of 'airport VIP lounge access solutions' that enables clients to sell more products and services to their most valuable customers.
Anticipate, understand and respond to the competitive challenges and marketplace issues impacting the client's business throughout the region.
Assess and ensure strict compliance to contractual requirements.
Carry out regular account reviews; engaging with various levels of the company. Be viewed as a trusted advisor by senior decision makers internally and externally.
Drive professional business communications and on-going cross functional interaction with the respective Global Client Account Managers as well as between the client, Operations, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service.
Taking ownership of the client experience and meeting client expectations; while understanding the key levers that drive profitability for PTG.
Actively identify additional revenue opportunities, cross sales or expansion of existing portfolios that will increase PTG's value to the customer and increase customer satisfaction while meeting growth objectives.
Identify, create and deploy proactive customer experience campaigns that drive increases in revenue and client retention.
Create and deliver sales / product presentations and proposals.
Coordinate, generate and deliver PTG responses to formal RFI's and RFP's.
Provide oversight and direction to the Client Account Relationship Manager(s) in the department in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.


Requirements

Job Requirements
Demonstrate strong conceptual and strategic business skills.
Ability to understand the dynamics of and conduct business throughout Latin America.
Well-established ability to build rapport and network effectively, using a "consultative selling" approach.
Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of PTG's Global capabilities.
Detail oriented with strong problem-solving analytical orientation and ability to complete projects and meet deadlines while managing the work of others.
Able to structure an issue and analyze alternative solutions using metrics and other business data.
Ability to solicit, negotiate, implement, and maintain a long-term referral-generating relationship with clients.
Able to make sound decisions based on company policies and procedures.
Excellent listening, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively operate in a matrix organization; with both local and remote reporting relationships and key, business decision makers.

Education/Experience Requirements
The successful candidate will require either fluency (verbal and written) in English and Spanish.
Experience in cultivating and managing long-standing, strategic relationships throughout North, Central and South America.
Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years business-to-business experience with successful account management; including account penetration and growth.
Supervisory / Management experience of at least 2 3 years.
Industry knowledge and firsthand experience with a financial institution, credit card issuer or enhancement services provider.
Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficient.
