The Import Operations Analyst is responsible for implementing and sustaining cost effective methods of transporting inbound production material and outbound containers across an international network on a Just-In-Time basis. Adjacent responsibilities include interaction with third party providers responsible for managing the international supplier delivery risk management contract.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree with a focus on Supply Chain Management, operations management or related fields
* Cross-functional experience in supply chain management disciplines
* Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Advanced Exel and PowerPoint skill sets
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree
* Finance knowledge
* Production control experience
* Proficient in other languages (Spanish, Italian); reading, writing and speaking
* Production programming and scheduling experience desired
* Organized, good planner, independent, detail oriented
* Able to lead, direct and control the activities of others
* Prior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teams
