The Operations Budget Analyst is responsible for supporting brand budget planning via forecasting, tracking and accrual management. Responsibilities this candidate will also have include: streamlining ESP process and institute efficiencies, manage weekly cost submissions and reviews through cost committee , support production budget process development and governance planning, aid brand leads in production planning and support, partner engagement and presentation development, coordination with retail team, status meeting support, coordination of integrated marketing plans, interface with legal, support of Gen 007 process, internal communication plans, creative development and business strategy goals, build budget management and tracking tools to better support overall financial management, support quarterly commercial committee reviews of budget planning, needs, and allocation recommendations for media, production, and other pertinent marketing functions.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a Business related field
* 5-7 years of marketing related budget experience
* 2-3 years of marketing budget planning and management
Perferred Qualifications:
* MBA
* Excellent verbal/written communication/presentation skills
* Organized self-starter able to multi-task and generate creative solutions
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
