The Talent Acquisition Manager provides strategic leadership to all talent acquisition functions within the US through an established Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) relationship. Overall, this role provides guidance on the development of the salaried and hourly hiring process, recruiting strategies, branding, and positioning of Chrysler Group as an employer of choice. As the primary interface to internal customers, the Manager manages day to day activity and communicates the strategy.
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for: Refining and managing the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes that support a highly positive candidate experience; Driving accountability throughout the process including managing supplier on an ongoing daily basis to meet or exceed established service levels; Coordinating supplier review meetings as required to ensure terms and conditions of agreement are maintained; Understanding market conditions through external data for targeted candidate pipelines and preparing distinct and effective recruiting approaches for each skill set; Continuously evaluating and improving hiring processes to ensure maximum efficiency and optimal candidate experience; and Ensuring recruiting strategies exist in media and collateral form to support recruiting functions such as Diversity and Professional events.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum 2 years work experience in an RPO environment
* Minimum 8 years of experience in designing, building and leading talent acquisition functions
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's Degree
* Technical knowledge of social media and other media outlets within the external talent community
* Automotive experience
* Proven leadership in building and maintaining a high quality talent acquisition function
* Leadership role in the talent acquisition function and process
* Demonstrated success working in a team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities
* High degree of professionalism, integrity and dependability
* Ability to build programmatic change initiatives throughout the organization and build solid relationships at all levels of the organization
* Exposure to matrix environments and demonstrated experience in driving results through others
* Awareness of competitive benchmarking sources, networking and data mining and internet tools
* Highly adaptable and flexible; an openness to seek new approaches or solutions, able to deal with ambiguity
* Proficient in designing and implementing Human Resources Business processes
* Knowledge of service agreements and associated metrics
