HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.

Acts as a regional-level resource to regional and business unit managers for our Home Care and Hospice business regarding the implementation of business-office process and financial policies and procedures. Provides business office support services to facilities within an assigned region. Trains and coaches Business Office Managers, Accounts Payable Clerks and
other business unit staff in their respective job functions. Responsible for assuring the effectiveness of the account receivable function within an assigned region in coordination with operations.

Educational Requirements:Bachelors Degree in finance, accounting or related field. Position Requirements:

Three to five years of experience with healthcare business office functions and/or patients accounts. Must have working knowledge of MS Office suite of applications, Visio and scheduling software.

Experience in Business Office Management for Home Health & Hospice & multi-facility management experience.

Up to 90% travel within assigned region
