Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Housekeeping Manager 1for Virtua Health System - Marlton Division, located inMarlton, New Jersey.Marlton is a 220 bed facility, single standing hospital. In this role you will be responsible for the following (including but not limited to) quality assurance inspections, staff training, payroll, scheduling, rounding, patient / customer satisfaction, and safety audits. This is a 2nd. shift position. This position with require some rotational weekends and holidays. This position reports directly to a General Manager on-site. Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
