Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Housekeeping Operations Manager 1 for Virtua Health System - Marlton Division, located in Marlton, New Jersey .Marlton is a 220 bed facility, single standing hospital. In this role you will be responsible for the following (including but not limited to) quality assurance inspections, staff training, payroll, scheduling, rounding, patient / customer satisfaction, and safety audits. This is a 1st. shift position. This position with require some rotational weekends and holidays. This position reports directly to a General Manager on-site. Number two position at the account with responsibility for all operations. Assumes GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Supervises managers. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
