The Labor Relations Supervisor is responsible for administering collective bargaining agreements; providing guidance and counseling on labor contracts and HR policies; and ensuring consistent application of agreement. This role is also responsible for grievance procedures, local negotiations, leading continuous improvement efforts to support plant strategies, and driving effective implementation and participation in World Class Manufacturing methodologies.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources with emphasis in labor relations in an industrial setting
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

* Advanced degree with concentration in HR or industrial relations preferred
* Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Impromptu
* Ability to interact with all levels of management and represented employees to accomplish goals
* Excellent written and verbal communications, planning and problem solving skills
* Good working knowledge of wage administration
