The National Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving digital marketing knowledge and engagement across the nine (9) Business Centers and Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and FIAT dealer network. This individual will provide the nine (9) Regional Digital Marketing Managers with ongoing assessments and recommendations that can positively impact both Tier 2 and Tier 3 digital strategies. The National Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with multiple organizational stakeholders regarding digital marketing strategies, digital metrics/results, dealer website optimization, reputation management, and social media. It will be the responsibility of the National Digital Marketing Manager to leverage the best practices from each region, in an effort to increase overall dealership traffic, retail sales, and retail market share.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years of digital marketing experience
* At least one (1) year of direct management experience in a retail digital marketing environment
* Ability to mentor and support a nine (9) regional managers
* Proven track record in formulating/driving marketing communications through digital engines and targeting multiple audiences
* Experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
* Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
* Dealership or competitive OEM management experience
* Successful digital marketing experience which resulted in tangible business results
* Experience skewed toward retail sales and consumer brands
* Familiarity with the latest internet development technologies and best practices
* Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies, relative to the retail automotive environment
