Superior Group is looking for a Customer Care Specialist - Bilingual for our Client located in Tallahassee, FL. These are contract to direct opportunities paying $10.50 for hour for English Speakers and $11/hr for Bilingual candidates. We are asking that if a Contractor is a bilingual candidate, that they speak fluent English. We are a call center that handles 70 % English speaking customers, 20% Spanish speaking customers, and 10% Creole speaking customers.
We are not able to staff employees to only handle one language skill at this time.
All requirements and any changes to them are subject to review and approval of the Call Center Manager.
Contractors are asked to remain focused and attentive to the customer on their line and not become easily distracted by the hustle and bustle on the call center floor.
Schedules will vary but candidate must be able to work a 30 - 40 hour shift after training.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year Call Center experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
If the candidate does not have CC experience then we are asking for a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
