EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Two-year college degree, plus minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service and/or sales role Experience in coaching, training, or educating Unbeatable communication skills, both oral and written Approach solutions to complex challenges with not only an analytical, but also a creative mindset Desire to position the team and business for valuable, positive, and rapid growthPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Lead Qualification Associate, you are the first point of contact, introducing business owners to exciting opportunities in online advertising. You not only listen to potential customers, but also use your passion for curiosity, creativity, and technology to identify which of our solutions best meets their needs. Know the Client:? Receive Inbound calls from clients/advertisers? Develop an understanding of business profiles, needs and expectations.? Discover the online advertising goals of the caller. Know the Magic:? Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of internal tools and external products.? Develop skills as an expert of online advertising and small business marketing practices and trends. Connect the Two:? Set sound expectations that lead to satisfied customers.? Communicate effectively with internal individuals/teams to ensure high quality and memorable service.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Fluent in French or Spanish Strong online sales and/or marketing background College coursework in business, communications, or marketing disciplines Knowledge of traditional and digital media and its competitive landscape Excitement for working with evolving and emerging technology products Understanding of unique challenges that small businesses face in marketing onlineBENEFITS Excellent base pay plus unlimited bonus potential Paid Training; Casual Dress Excellent Hours!
