We are a leading Grower/Shipper/Importer of fresh fruit to North American supermarkets and stores. Our products are sourced globally and we maintain offices in several states, with headquarters in California. We're in search of new talent to join our team and look forward to hearing from qualified candidates.
We're currently searching for an International Grower Analyst in California. The successful candidate will interact between our international clients and our sales & marketing team. Attention to detail in a fast paced environment is essential. In this role you will be dealing with contracts, supply agreements and eventually attending meetings with producers. This is an ideal role for a bilingual (Spanish/English) individual with a degree in international business. This is an opportunity with growth and a clear career path to a senior role in international business and trade.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Writing and preparing basic marketing agreements for Grower/Suppliers
Communication with Growers in South America, Central America and North America.
Analysis of estimate, sale and receiving reports for management review
Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly financial analysis schedules of actual vs. budget variances
Travel outside of the United States
Other duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
Strong communication, organization, computer skills and self-motivated
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Famous Software experience is helpful
Must be able to handle multiple projects
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is essential
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business required with an emphasis in Accounting, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, International business or related field from a four-year college or university, or 3 to 5 years work experience Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics or related field is preferred.
