PositionDescription:

 

ThisCommunity & State Health Plan-specific Project Manager is the primaryintake point for operational issues from the Health Plan and owns issuesthrough triage and resolution.  Issues are often complex, escalating in urgency and requireidentifying and engaging those accountable to solve, largely within BenefitOperations (e.g., Enrollment, Claims, Appeals & Grievances, NetworkOperations, Configuration, etc.).  Willinvolve multiple functional areas collaborating on resolution, includingservice partners outside of Benefit Operations (e.g., UHN, IT, Optum, etc.). Willwork closely with C&S Performance Excellence & Accountability on newbusiness implementations.  Will require developingcollaborative relationships with business partners that have day-to-daymanagement responsibility for Community & State operations.

 





Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree OR a high school diploma/GED with 5 years work experience
  • Demonstrated experience working in a matrix environment that requires influence, negotiation, communications, documentation, data analysis, and collaboration skills.
  • 4+ years of project management or account management experience.
  • 4+ years experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS MS Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint required; MS Visio preferred 
  • Community & State or Benefit Operations background is required
Assets:
  • Knowledge of COSMOS, Diamond, Facets, CSP, or NDB platforms preferred
  • MS Visio experience preferred

Soft Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate both clearly and concisely via verbal and written communications.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
