Description Food and Beverage (A subsidiary of Station Casinos) Café Room Manager Comprehensive knowledge of food, wine, spirits, with culinary background preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form. Must demonstrate sound judgment in decision making. Experience as a restaurant general manager or as a unit assistant general manager with P&L responsibility preferred. Bilingual preferred. Catering Manager Communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. Well organized and detail oriented. A minimum of 3 to 5 years food and wine preparation experience preferred. Lead and coordinate sales functions and productivity of the catering staff. Exercise general responsibilities necessary to minimize operation cost and maximize operations profits. Able to work hours necessary to complete functions and responsibilities. Bilingual preferred. Chef Food and beverage/Culinary experience in related fields/ varied high volume and fine dining environment with P&L responsibilities preferred. Must possess and demon- strate strong leadership skills. Ability to communi- cate effectively in both written and verbal form. Must have a working knowl- edge of SNHD health codes. Must be able to read and write recipes. Working Computer knowl- edge. Sanitation Supervisor Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. Must have a working knowl- edge of SNHD health codes.
