Northern Star Council Boy Scouts of America Golden Valley and St. Paul, MN. Requires Bachelor's degree in nonprofit mgmt. or related field (sales, marketing, business), and 1-3 yrs. exp. in sales and marketing. Must have exp. working with Latino markets, and sales & mrkt. exp. in English and Spanish. Travel 60%. Responsible for overall Latino (Spanish-speaking communities) Outreach initiatives through creative marketing strategies to elevate Scouting exposure focused on increasing growth of BSA program in Latino community/multicultural markets in 21 counties in central MN and 4 counties in western WI.
