Specific responsibilities include answering customer initiated inbound phone calls, responding to their questions and providing consultation a s appropriate on policy or customer issues. Qualifications include:* High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree a plus * Advanced multi-tasking ability, ability to assist customer on phone while navigating through 8 programs, windows * Minimum 2 years experience working in a Windows based computer environment required * Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred * Professional with strong verbal communication skills and excellent phone manner * Ability to adjust and succeed in a rapidly changing environment * Spanish-English bilingual a plus, but not required.
