Negotiates and collects payments on past due accounts and ensures customer and employee satisfaction by providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. As the third level of escalation in the Financial Care progression, the Representative assists the Supervisor in daily work allocation and acts as a resource for team members including handling escalated calls.
