Title: Bilingual Account Executive - Queens, NYLocation: nullOther Locations: nullAs an Account Executive, you will:* Be responsible for profitable account management of Agents within an assigned territory. * Grow accounts and maximize transaction volume and revenue for the full line of Money Transfer Services. * Primary responsibilities include maximizing same store sales, achieving call coverage and business review objectives, controlling Agent attrition, promoting new services and promotions, and improving service quality provided by Agents to consumers. * Provide local market competitive intelligence, execute local marketing initiatives, build relationships with relevant grassroots and community organizations, and execute location and neighborhood merchandising. * Be responsible for sales calls on competitive take-away Agents and select ethnic corridor locations. * Be responsible for the administration and execution of Company plans, policies and procedures within the territory and for developing and achieving specific service and operational objectives. * Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years equivalent experience * Previous experience in outside sales or service of consumer products or financial services is a plus * Bilingual required
