2nd Shift Production Supervisorfor Lake Bluff, IL.
MUST BE FULLY BILINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH).
This position is with a precision maching facility. The individual placed will oversee the 2nd shift valve guides department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILIES:
Organize and lead the 2nd shift team to efficiently produce a product that will satisfy customer needs
Directly supervise production employees including mentoring, disciple, and performance evaluations
Meet the goals of production volume, cost, and quality targets
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Promote a safe working environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years experience in a leadership role
Willing and able to mentor a team of individuals
Fully bilingual (Spanish/English)
Working knowledge of grinders and grinding equipment
Experience with scheduling both employees and production
Able to read and interpret blueprints
Familiar with CNC processes and machinery preferred but not required
