We are looking for dependable Inbound Bilingual Spanish/English Call Center Representatives /Agents Number of openings: 20 Locations: West Palm Beach, FL The Call Center Representative/ Agent is responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls, advising and processing of sales and data and assisting with the routing calls to their correct extensions. They may also make outbound call to assist in resolving customers questions and concerns. Major Accountabilities: Inbound/Outbound Calls Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat sessions Sell value added services Make outbound calls as necessary Efficiently gather customer information and transfer calls to correct extensions Proactively contact customers Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and written Customer Service Resolve customer complaints, determining cause of problem and explaining best solution to ensure customer satisfaction Access and fulfill customer needs Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers Ensure release of information is consistent with all privacy practices Documentation Maintains customer database information including personal and financial assistance and related data elements Job Requirements Education & Experience: Call centre experience is essential although full training is provided to enable you to deliver the service to a very high standard. Confident in your ability to advise and sell value added services An excellent telephone manner along with the ability to remain calm, work efficiently and follow procedures is required. Confident use of a keyboard is essential. Communication skills are essential. A good understanding of the way the company works. A willingness and ability to listen to and follow instructions. Good teamwork skills. The ability to remain patient at all times. The ability to work well under pressure.
