Description Immediate opportunity with growing plant in Jasper area! Will assist plant manager with coordinating and supervising floor production; will also do hands-on production work as well. Will also handle some reports using MS Excel, MS Word. Ideal candidate has excellent people skills; strong leadership skills. Must be able to create a positive work environment and motivate workforce; able to re-arrange workforce if machine is down in order to meet production goals; handle other issues as needed in plant manager's absence; strong leadership & communication skills. Must be bi-lingual in English & Spanish. Must have min. 2 years supervisory or team lead experience; min. 2 years production or machine operating experience.
