We are presently recruiting for a Bilingual Quality Assurance Associatewho will report to the Quality Assurance Manager. This position is a full time permanent position based out of Markham, Ontario.The Bilingual Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for: * Quality Control activities related to the disposition of Biologic/drug products, cosmetics and medical devices for the Canadian market in compliance with Health Canada and Allergan standards. * maintaining master documents, including manufacturing records/procedures, analytical procedures, specifications, SOPs and stability reports for all marketed products in compliance to regulatory commitments and Allergan standards. * for receiving, coordinating, documenting, responding to complainants and closing product quality complaints for drug and medical devices.The ideal candidate will have a Science degree in a relevant discipline coupled with minimum of 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the Quality Assurance/Control Role. A strong knowledge of Health Canada regulations and guidelines with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications in both French and English are required for this role. In addition, the ability to work in a team, good interpersonal skills and flexibility in dealing with various departments.In addition, the ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation skills, time management, and organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task and be resourceful. We require a self motivated professional who operates well in an empowered, dynamic and fast-paced environment who possesses outstanding customer focus with proven success moving opportunities through the sales process from lead to close. An understanding of the medical and facial aesthetic industry with an ability to successfully translate product specifications into meaningful value to customers as well as being detail oriented with strong business acumen is essential. Strong computer skills including working with call centre technology as well as Microsoft Office is required.
