We are presently recruiting for a contract Bilingual Customer Care Account Representative who will report to the Customer Care Supervisor. This position is a full time permanent position based out of Markham, Ontario .The Bilingual Customer Care Account Representative will be responsible for providing high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to our customers (ex. physicians, hospitals, pharmacists) in dealing with customer requests/queries in English and French in a timely fashion with an emphasis placed on building and nurturing customer relationships. This position will also process orders, manage complaints and ensure timely product delivery and follow up on customer delivery issues as required. In addition, this position will fulfill customer requests as well as ensure adherence to customer service standards for each customer segment. This position will coordinate with Accounts Receivable (A/R), Sales, Marketing, Operations and other functions within Allergan as required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum high school diploma (post-secondary degree is preferred) and experience in a customer service or professional services environment where they have developed a professional telephone manner and effective interpersonal communication skills. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a sense of ownership, the ability to deal with issues with a sense of urgency and a commitment to continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction that translates into solid performance metric results. Emotional intelligence with good judgment, composure under pressure and effective conflict resolution skills are also required. Strong computer skills in order to manipulate a variety of applications including Microsoft Office as well as call centre technology and tools is required. (Preferred call centre technologies include SAP, CRM, CTI and/or Web.) The ability to multitask (i.e. speaking, typing and browsing for information at the same time) is a must. Experience working in a fast paced environment and a solid understanding of Allergan's processes, procedures, policies, and products would be an asset.
