The Verification Specialist responsibility is to speak with the customer to verify pertinent information from the sale, and to receive verbal confirmation from the customer to process payment.Key Responsibilities:1. Verify important sale information to the customer after a sale has been made including disclosing all information to the customer in both English and Spanish.2. Receive verbal sale confirmation from the customer.3. Listen to sales calls to ensure compliance standards. 4. Ability to answer customer questions about the product. Minimum Job Requirements:1. Strong verbal communication skills, must be fluent in English and Spanish.2. High level of focus and attention to detail.3. The ability to use computers and various software programs.4. Excellent listening skills5. The ability to work in a cohesive team environment.6. The ability to work a flexible work schedule including some nights and Saturdays. Preferred Qualifications:1. High school diploma required.2. Previous call center experience is preferred.3. Resilient personality with the ability to handle all types of call situations.4.
