We are currently accepting applications for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Projects Administrator. Our successful candidate will support our Project Managers by corresponding with internal/external customers (Primarily US and Mexico) and suppliers; reviewing and submitting technical documentation; updating and maintaining the customer database, managing contractual paperwork and overseeing logistics of materials. This position will also provide full functional assistance to end-users, buyers, sellers, and operations personnel on contract compliance and supply-chain related matters, including troubleshooting and implementation issues.
A college degree (two or four year) is strongly preferred. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2-3 years experience in project or program administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel, Word) and service or manufacturing or operations understanding is required. Individual must be fully bilingual (Spanish/English ' reading, speaking, writing). The successful candidate must have the ability to work quickly, accurately, handle multiple projects and multi-task. Experience with flame/gas detection, suppression, applications, security equipment or systems, in a related industry, is a plus.
