EOE/M/F/D/V Financial Freedom Customer Care - Austin Call Center Rep II (Bilingual) Responds to a high volume of telephone inquiries about the company's products or services by following standard scripts and procedures. Promotes the company's products and services. Assists borrowers with general questions regarding their reverse mortgage. Demonstrates good judgment of when to escalate to a supervisor in order to resolve borrowers situation using established escalation criteria. Uses a computer system to track questions and answers as well as enter or check the status of inquiries. Duties and tasks are frequently routine. Resolves most frequent questions and problems and refers the more complex issues to higher levels. - Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service Call Center or, related experience. - Must work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines. - Must have demonstrated cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors. - Mortgage experience or working with seniors a plus. - **Must be Bilingual - Conversational(Spanish/English) for consideration in this role.** online New!Not ready to apply?
