The General Manager 2 , main responsibilities are the day to day operation of two Airline clubs at the Denver International Airport. This role will supervise Sodexo employees, must follow Sodexo programs, standard food safety policies & fee account administrative duties. Food and labor cost control, exceptional customer service, leadership skills and marketing strategy; also this role will ensure culinary standards and will collaborates with the Area District Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
This position is located in an airport setting; candidate must pass airport security successfully on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of restaurant management exp, Bar exp is desired. Exceptional customer service, professional, good communication skills and some exposure in a unionize account.

Manages all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account
Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
