HCR Manor Care has an opportunity for Mobile MDS Coordinator who would cover facilities in the PA (Yardley, Yeadon, Wallingford, Pottstown, Lebanon, Montgomeryville, Lancaster, King of Prussia, Huntingdon Valley, Devon)
The Mobile MDS Coordinator:
Understands the Quality Indicator process.
Possesses knowledge of the OBRA Regulations, Minimum Data Set, and Care Planning Process.
Demonstrates strong leadership ability.
Possesses excellent communication (oral and written), public relations skills, excellent organizational skills with an acute attention to detail, and is computer literate.

Educational Requirements:Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice required Position Requirements:
