HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy. Responsible to provide spiritual support to clients, families, and the hospice staff via phone contact, home visits and referrals to the client/family, local clergy. Assists with memorial services and activiites relating to spiritual and religious issues of client, family and interdisciplinary team. Educational Requirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of theology required; Master's degree in theological studies and completion of two units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) preferred; Must be endorsed by and in good standing with the denominat Position Requirements:
Experience in client/family counseling. Demonstrated experience in working with clients and families coping with terminal illness and death. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
