Four opening positions:
My agency's vision is to be able to speak the language of the customers with world class customer service. The agency is also a kids and Pet (dogs) friendly agency. And I intent to carry out many different kind of events in the near future. Therefore, I need people who can work with me and others as a big family.
Address: 4949 E. Warner Road Suite#2, Phoenix, AZ 85044. Ahwatukee area. Major crossroad: 48th St. & Warner. About 1/4 miles to I10.
Base salary (Starting at $12/hour)
+ Commission (about 5-12%)
+ Incentive (i.e. trips)
+ Bonus (kind of like profit sharing. When the agency make bonuses, my staffs will get their share)
+ Paid training
Will train and help whoever wants to become an agency owner himself/herself one day.

Requirements |
Must be willing to take the P&C exam (if needed).
Fluent in English is a must. Bilingual or can communicate in another Foreign language is a plus.
Preferably Sales experience but not a requirement. What's more important to me is that the person(s) have good personality, are trainable, look presentable, and are competitive (with self or others).
