Manpower is looking for an experienced professional Sales Manager that has retail experience in the Banking industry.

This job is located in Hingham, MA Monday-Friday 8-5 pm Salary $65K Plus bonus. This is a permanent position

SUMMARY
Responsible for attracting new business, meeting annual sales goals and expanding customer relationships. Designs, develops and implements programs to maximize opportunities to grow the business unit. Ensures the security of the office by following regulatory and safety guidelines. Actively participates and maintains community involvement to promote and generate new business for the bank.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
*Achieve sales and productivity goals by consistently and pro-actively calling on existing and potential new customers.
*Manage and support the growth of technology.
*Conducts customer educational sessions individually or in a group.
*Proven ability to drive extraordinary customer experience by maintaining outstanding quality service standards and solid product knowledge.
*Diplomatically manage multiple commitments to customers, staff and operations.
*Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing technological environment.
*Increase consumer awareness of the technology available to them through our products and services.
*Train and develop Universal Associates to perform their jobs successfully.
*Motivate staff to achieve sales goals.
*Assess staff performance on a regular basis, including annual performance reviews.
*Reinforce respectful communication between staff and all departments.
*Accountable for the operation of the branch ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
*Exercise sound and accurate judgment in making decisions in a timely manner.
*Prioritizes and plans work activities and develop realistic action plans.
*Complete Branch monthly audit reports.

SECONDARY DUTIES

Directly supervise two Universal Associates.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A minimum of an Associate's Degree and 3-5 years prior sales, supervisory skills and excellent technical skills; Bachelor's degree is preferred. Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite. Prior knowledge and ability to utilize mobile and tablet technology in the financial arena in order to embrace and support multiple electronic channels is required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
