Must be able to analyze marketing and retention reports, manipulate data and prepare databases and records for analyses. Under the supervision of senior team members, use quantitative and analytic skills along with analysis tools (e.g., SAS, CART) to develop ad hoc analyses.Key Responsibilities* Utilizing analytical tools such as SAS, CART and Excel, be able to load, process and develop results from data files.* Develop data collection plans.* Collect and analyze data to generate process metrics (i.e. cycle time of existing process).* Documents client organization's direction, structure, business processes.* Analyze business and information technology processes to understand customer needs.* Define business requirements via standard analysis techniques such as process mapping, data collection, facilitation and workflow analysis.* Identify potential risks, opportunities and issues of importance; communicate to project leadership as appropriate.* Document business and functional requirements; ensure linkage to test cases.* Effectively monitor and document data from customer repositories as required.* Review data and provide immediate feedback in order to increase productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.* Develop reporting dashboards that provide customers with a performance snapshot.* Understands project plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines.* Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.* Effectively applies project methodologies and enforces project process and standards.* Prepare and present analysis of findings through power point, white papers, or excel spreadsheets.* Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manages time effectively. Required skills/experience* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.* Fluent English/Spanish bilingual * Requires knowledge and a demonstrated ability to learn a variety of applications including MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Word.* This is a entry level position but educational knowledge is expected. * Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively conduct project management and presentation duties.* Ability to quickly learn new applications.* Ability to process time sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decisions and communicate actions.* Ability to observe, interpret and document workflow processes.* Ability to prioritize, organize, and work independently or as part of a project team to complete multiple tasks.
