OfficeTeam is currently seeking a Bilingual Spanish Compliance Safety Administrator with a logistics or transportation background. The responsibilities of this position will be directly supporting the Safety Director, conducting accident and safety investigations, developing materials for and coordinating safety trainings, and various basic office functions like answering phones, data entry, filing, and running reports. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years working as an administrative assistant, has the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, comes from a logistics or transportation background, and is very knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
