This role will provideZebra internal and external customers with single point of contact for SPS products and insures the highest level of service in processing inbound telephone and email inquiries. Helps to identify the correct Zebra product for a given application resulting in highly qualified opportunities for Zebra partners. 1. Process inbound telephone calls and email inquiries by providing appropriate reseller/sales resource information, presales product information and recommendations, part numbers, printer configuration numbers and list prices, or directing to appropriate Zebra personnel for resolution which includes Zebras various international locations and Zebra Card division. 2. Provide a single point of contact for Zebras internal and external customers for custom product requests and application assistance. Gather additional data from customer to fully understand the application or custom product request. 3. Qualify inbound leads received from the U.S., Canada, and Latin America by placing outbound telephone calls and email correspondence to gather current contact, organization, and application information, customers business and purchasing requirements. Insure Zebras sales resources receive highly qualified leads. 4. Accurately enter/transfer/import all inquiries from the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, into the Oracle lead tracking database received via inbound telephone calls, emails, events, and various other lead generating activities. 5. Provide sales resource assignments to all applicable leads and offer leads to Zebra sales resources. 6. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly Lead Management reports. Support Zebra Sales and Marketing personnel as well as Zebra channel partners by fulfilling ad hoc reporting requests as well as creating Oracle Discoverer queries empowering said Zebra personnel to pull data independently. 7. Preserve data integrity by maintaining accurate lead database information. Create Data Quality tasks to eliminate duplicate records. Utilize internet resources to gather contact information on inquiries with insufficient information. Process contact restrictions as requested by prospect. Update end user and prospect contact information as appropriate. 8. Respond and process comments and undeliverables received as a result of Zebras email fulfillment, as well as returned regular mail. 9. Provide pre sales support by participating in product training and providing prospects with sufficient product information to make educated purchasing decisions. 10. Contribute to team effort to achieve service objectives. 11. Assist with training new hires on department processes. 12. Performs other duties as assigned. 1. HS Diploma or GED equivalent. 2. 2 years computer experience including date entry and manipulation. Computer literacy; exposure to Windows packages. 3. Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. Spanish fluency required (read, write, speak). 4. Excellent data entry and spelling skills with a focus on quality and productivity. 5. Ability to multitask/deal with distractions. 6. Detail oriented and organized.
