As an Individual Investor Specialist, you will share your retirement product knowledge with our valued clients. You will educate clients by answering inbound phone inquiries on investments and related products, and identifying and pursuing cross sale opportunities. In this fast paced, high energy environment, helping people is not only rewarding but our number one priority!In addition, you will start off your career on the right foot and gain the experiences you need and desire to take your career to the next level!Qualifications:- Two or four-year degree or equivalent customer service work experience required- FINRA registrations (Series 6, 63, or 65) may be required depending on the products supported- Strong Bilingual Spanish speaking skills required- Strong communication and customer service skills- Organizational and telephone skills- Self-motivated individuals that can work well in a team environment- Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented- Basic computer skills with ability to efficiently navigate within numerous software and web applications- Ability to acquire strong knowledge of business unit products, processes and systems- Must be able to wear a telephone headset and sit for extended periods of time- May be required to work non-traditional hours to meet customer needsBilingual:Fluency in Spanish and English is required.Work Hours:The hours of operation for this department will be 6:55am - 9:10pm, Monday to Friday, so qualified individuals will be available for shifts during this time frame.
