Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be able to work any weekday hours between 7A-7P and 8A-12P on Saturdays as needed
- 2+ years Call Center experience
- Intermediate in MS Excel
- Any experience with Call Management System and/or Call Management applications
Assets:
- MS Access experience is a plus
- Analysis experience is a plus
