Sodexo Education - Schools is seeking a hands on General Manager 3, Food to lead our K-12 Team at an exciting $1.5MM School District in Southern OH!
The best qualified candidate will have previous experience managing a National School Lunch Account with current knowledge of USDA regulations. We are seeking candidates who have cutting edge experience managing all facets of Student Nutrition for multi-feeding sites, with strong financial & analytical skills, quality food presentation skills, and proven operations and interpersonal skills.
You will lead a team of 20 employees in 3 Schools serving 2,100+ Students. This position offers the potential for career growth and the opportunity to make every day a better day for students in this District. This is a wonderful opportunity to serve a rising community of students and educators!
*** Per State Regulations, the selected candidate will participate in the OH SERS Program, which mandates 10% of Pay be put into a State Schools Retirement System with a 14% State Match until Retirement. Should you elect to not remain in this position until Retirement age, your Individual 10% Contribution is returned.

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
