Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Housekeeping Manager 2 for Kennedy Health System, Washington Township Division, located in Turnersville, New Jersey. This is located 20 miles from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Kennedy Washington Township Division is a 250 bed acute care facility. The management team consists of a General Manager and 2 other managers. In this role you will be responsible for the following (including but not limited to) quality assurance inspections, staff training, payroll, scheduling, rounding, patient / customer satisfaction, and safety audits. This is a Split Shift position 11 a.m to 8 p.m. This position with require some rotational weekends and holidays. This position reports directly to a General Manager on site. Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
