Sodexo at USMC, Camp Lejeune North Carolina has an opening for a experience General Manager at Messhall 521. This location has strict compliance guidelines with the USMC. Our GM's will need to be able to work autonomously and have a proven track record of food service compliance management. At messhall 521 Marine Cooks to prepare the food and the GM works through the Staff Non-Commished officer who supervises the Marine cooks The GM will be responsible for leading the Mess hall in achieving financial objectives, HACCP goals and operational standards while focusing on our customers.

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years

Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
