Description |
Responsible for the design, development and management of talent sourcing and acquisition strategy and processes across the organization to deliver value added services and results that meet business objectives. Must be hands on occasionally providing direct recruiting support.
Partners with executive management to develop the employment brand and employee member value proposition
Creates and executes company-wide recruitment strategy as well career development programs within the organization to develop and retain best-in-class and management talent at all levels of experience entry level to executive.
Directs talent acquisition efforts personally or through recruitment team
Creates and executes recruiting programs that systematically drives awareness and excitement about the company to build short and long term recruiting pipelines.
Partners with senior management to develop staffing strategies for current and future needs
Assists in annual workforce planning, identifies sources of talent and the tools necessary to implement the workforce plan
Partners with Human Capital leaders and other leaders to integrate talent sourcing and acquisition processes in multi-state, multi-unit locations
Educates hiring management on recruiting best practices, market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools.
Compile reports for openings, hires, and post hire summaries for hiring managers.
Works with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure the integrity of the recruiting processes including adherence to Company recruiting standards including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/turn downs.
Responsible for compiling and reporting recruitment metrics across the organization
Partners with internal recruiters to create sourcing strategy for open positions.
Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and search firms.

Requirements |
Must have passion and proven success in recruiting for rapidly growing organizations.
Leader who is comfortable in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
Demonstrated results with advanced internet recruiting, social media, candidate research, cold calling, online recruiting tools (HodesIQ preferred) etc.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner executive presence.
Critical and innovative thinking oriented towards results
Strong team player with strong influencing skills.
Requires strong computer skills including analysis of key metrics related to talent acquisition and development.
Strong knowledge in business analysis and project management.
