Description Job Category: Manufacturing-Industrial Engineering Employment Type: Full Time Physical Location: Toledo Machining Plant The Industrial Engineering Supervisor is responsible for assisting the in-plant Industrial Engineering Manager in providing other plant staff functions and plant personnel with technical services to maintain efficient levels of manufacturing and manning. In addition, this position works with the plant to develop operating budgets, provide liaison activities between plant and staff and supports plant WCM implementation and cost deployment process. Required Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree * Minimum of 3 years industrial engineering in a manufacturing or plant environment * Must be willing to work any shift overtime and weekends as required * Experience with manufacturing processes and technology Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management * Previous supervisory experience * Experience working in a union environment * Powertrain understanding and familiarity of current plant Requirements Please see job description.
