The Lead Financial Analyst will acts as the supervisor to lead a team of financial analysts on plant site who are responsible for all financial reporting activities within the plant. He / she will direct the analysts and performs activities such as performance reporting, monthly forecast process, business plan development, SoX control, capital asset control and World Class Manufacturing Cost Deployment.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering. If Bachelor's degree is not in Accounting, Finance or Ecomonics, must have an MBA with a concentration in Accounting or Finance
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, including at least 3 years in a financial analyst role supporting an industrial environment
* Minimum of 5 years of experience using all MicroSoft office applications, particularly Excel and Essbase
* Minimum of 6 months of experience in leading a team and/or project to a successful outcome
Preferred Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Chrysler plant Manufacturing Finance Budget Analyst role having demonstrated an understanding of all plant finance systems and ability to perform complex financial analysis independently
* Prior experience with SAP
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
* Efficient and effective communicator
* Self- motivated, strong leader
* Demonstrated ability to work well at all levels of the organization and with a diverse population
