Physical Location: Centerline (Mopar) Complex

The Mopar Vehicle Protection - Technical Service Analyst is responsible for managing customer and dealer inquiries regarding Mopar Vehicle Protection contracts. This candidate will act as the liaison between Mopar Vehicle Protection and MVP Stakeholders and also supports Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle (CPOV) group.

Basic Qualifications:

* High School Diploma
* Must be willing to work closely with management and offer suggestions to help improve the quality of the customer experience and efficiency of the team
* Must possess strong problem solving skills and be able to draw conclusions based on data
* Must be able to identify issues with high level of detail
* Good computer skills
* Must be willing to multi-task and maintain the necessary flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic work environment
* Technical automotive experience/ASE certification helpful

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate Degree or equivalent experience in Automotive Technology
* Ability to interface well with others and possess the necessary knowledge and experience to provide training and/or assistance to team members
