Educational Requirements:Bachelors of Science Degree in Pharmacy; Pharm. D. or Masters preferred. Current state license as Registered Pharmacist.
Position Requirements:Three to five years of experience in pharmacy management preferred. At least one year of experience in infusion therapy in an alternate site, home care or non-acute setting.Prefer one year experience in supervisory or other administrative position.Prefer experience in managing community home care infusion education program.Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
