BILINGUAL SPANISH CALL CENTER REPS NEEDED! Bronx, Co-Op City
Customer Service
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to work at a call center for a major Multimedia company located in Co-Op City, the Bronx. Customer Service Support reps are responsible for troubleshooting cable and modem technical issues, connectivity issues, and provide excellent customer service.
The hourly pay rate is $11.75 to start and $14.87 when perm! This is a full-time, temp-to perm position: 40 hrs a week. Over-time is available upon request. Candidates will be made permanent based on performance and attendance in 3-4 months.
Training Shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am (Tuesday-Saturday)
Work Schedule: Same as training
Requirements:
Bilingual Spanish Fluent; Read & Write
Must have customer service experience (bank teller, ticket agent, call center, help desk, etc.)
Must have a high school diploma or GED
