Job Description:
As Account Executive, Small/Medium Business (Spanish-speaking), you will generate new business in existing accounts and new markets with a focus on the Spanish speaking countries of Latin America. Also, you will be responsible for driving strategic, enterprise-wide CRM initiatives within the Small and Medium Business market segment. You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers. Additional responsibilities include the following:

* Developing and managing relationships within our Small and Medium Business segment
* Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of our enterprise suite of applications.
* Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in http://Salesforce.com while creating satisfied and referenceable customers.
* Demonstrating our product via the Web.
Experience/Skills Required:
* 5-9 years of technology B2B sales experience
* Successful experience developing new business and selling into Latin America businesses
* History of exceeding quota and overachiever
* Carried an individual quota (not channel, partner or VAR sales)
* Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment.
* Strong customer references.
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
* Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
* Degree required.
* CRM experience
